Screws made of titanium are lightweight, nonmagnetic, and chemically resistant. Titanium screws receive a chemical polishing and brightening processing to improve their surfaces. Furthermore, the screws are cleanroom washed and comply with clean specifications that require no oil or foreign matter deposits. There are 2 titanium materials available: high intensity titanium alloy ( Ti-15-3-3-3), TW270 (grade 1) and TW370 (grade 2).
