At the SEMICON Europa we show:
New advanced motion platform for wafer inspection. It include an XY-axis with a double Z-axis and with integrated Theta- axis. Is is designed to increase throughput and precision in next-generation process and inspection equipment.
Miniature slides type MSR: offering high stiffness and precision. Ideal applications are high-speed pick-and-place (SMT), automated flying probe testers for electronic boards, robotics, and benchtop devices for micro-automation.
